Registration and Immunizations
Welcome to DuBois! If you are new to the area or have a child who will be entering kindergarten in the fall, this page contains all the information you will need to register your child for this coming school year.
Registration Requirements
Visiting your child’s new school campus can help put jittery feelings at ease—both yours and your child’s! Stop by the school your child will attend to turn in all necessary registration forms and documentation. When you come, please bring the following documentation:
- Child’s original birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency
- Withdrawal forms (if transferring from another school)
Kindergarten Registration
The dates for DuBois Area School District’s Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year are listed below. When registering a student, parents must bring their child’s birthdate verification (birth certificate), immunization record, proof of residency and their child. Acceptable residency documentation includes: a deed, lease, current utility bill, current credit card bill, property tax bill or vehicle registration.
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION DATES FOR
2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
Registration materials may be picked up at any of the elementary schools during regular school hours beginning Monday, February 5th. By doing so, parents will be able to complete the forms at home allowing the actual registration process to be completed in a timely fashion. Additionally, parents are encouraged to contact the school counselor if they have any concerns regarding the registration of their child.
